Happy Monday!
OpenAI just had a massive week and honestly, probably their biggest of the year. They pushed out a few updates that are actually worth your time.
The standout is the new image model, ChatGPT Images 2.0. It’s a huge jump. It "thinks" a bit more before it starts rendering, which translates to better-looking outputs and text that actually makes sense. It’s finally going head-to-head with Gemini’s image tools, and frankly, it's winning in a few categories. If you haven't messed with it yet, go back and try a prompt that usually fails—you'll see the difference.
Also, for the builders: OpenAI is clearly trying to chase down Claude Code with their new Codex updates. The gap is closing fast. Even if you aren't "technical," we've reached that weird tipping point where you can just describe what you want and it actually builds it.
It feels like the tools finally crossed a threshold this week. They aren't just toys anymore. If you’ve been sitting on the sidelines, jump in.
I’ve put a prompt below to help you actually put this stuff to work so you aren't just reading about AI, but actually using it to clear your to-do list.
Enjoy
