🤖 GPT-5.4 Just Dropped
PLUS: ChatGPT uninstalls surged by 295% after DoD deal

Happy Monday. Two big announcements.
First, if you did not see it yet, I recently left my job in venture capital to go all in on AI. It was a big decision, and I am very excited about what is coming next. If you want the full story, check out the LinkedIn announcement. I have some exciting things in the works that I will be sharing soon.
Second, the big AI news this week is that OpenAI released GPT-5.4. The new model improves reasoning, coding, and complex knowledge work, and it is designed to help power AI agents that can actually complete tasks across apps and software, not just answer questions.
Also, yesterday was my birthday. If you want to give me the best birthday present, tell one friend about this newsletter and share the link below. It would mean a lot.
Below I also included a prompt I love and use often. It turns AI into a strategic advisor and future forecaster. It analyzes your current habits, work patterns, and trajectory, then predicts where you are likely to be in five years if nothing changes. It also highlights your strengths, points out blind spots, and suggests the highest-leverage improvements you could make today to dramatically change your future.
It is one of the best prompts I have used for stepping back and thinking clearly about long-term direction. Give it a try. I also just added a button below the prompt so you can easily copy the prompt right into ChatGPT. 😀
PROMPT: You are a strategic career advisor, business strategist, and future forecaster.
Based on everything you know about me from this conversation and my work patterns, analyze my current trajectory.
Assume I continue with roughly the same approach, habits, and level of effort that I have today.
Where do you realistically see me in 5 years?
Consider areas like:Career or business growth
Income and opportunities
Reputation or professional positioning
Skills and expertise
Network and influence
Lifestyle and work structure
What strengths in my current approach are likely to compound and create success over time?
What blind spots, inefficiencies, or patterns might limit my growth if they continue?
If I keep doing things the same way, what is the most likely outcome of my trajectory?
What are the highest-leverage improvements I could make now that would significantly improve where I end up in 5 years?
What would the “10x version” of my future look like if I made the right strategic changes today?
Be honest and specific. Avoid generic advice. Base your reasoning on patterns in how I think, work, and make decisions.
Structure the response clearly and include actionable insights.
Enjoy!
