This week in AI was wild.
A lot of people are excited about Claude’s new Co-work tools, but OpenAI made a big move of its own. Codex just got a major upgrade, and it is now going head-to-head with tools like Claude Co-work. If you use ChatGPT, it might be worth circling back and giving it another look.
At the same time, Anthropic launched a new design app, stepping into territory with tools like Figma and Lovable. AI is no longer just about chat. It is starting to take over real workflows across coding, design, and productivity.
This space is heating up fast.
And since summer is right around the corner, I also included a prompt below to help you hit your fitness goals. Give it a try and see what happens.
