PLUS: Mitch Kaporās Long Bet: Why He Believes No Machine Will Pass the Turing Test by 2029

Happy Monday!
Hello! So, Mark Zuckerberg made quite an interesting prediction recently. He mentioned that people who don't embrace AI glasses, like the Meta Raybans, might find themselves lagging in the future. I can totally see the next big thing in mobile tech being glassesāimagine something like the Apple Vision Pro but in a sleek glasses design. Also, ChatGPT has rolled out a cool new feature called study mode for students. Instead of just giving you the answer, it guides you to find it yourself. Honestly, it makes me wish I could go back to elementary school and start learning all over again. Oh, and I've got a fantastic prompt for you to try out!
PROMPT: Act as a research analyst and identify the top three most significant developments in [insert field] from the past 90 days (from [start date] to [todayās date]). For each development, provide a concise summary of what happened, name the key players or institutions involved, and explain the potential second-order effects for professionals in the field (such as policymakers, investors, startup operators, or researchers). Include at least one credible source or citation for each development. Emphasize clarity, relevance, and why each event matters in the broader context of the fieldās evolution. Your output should be structured, insightful, and actionable.
Enjoy!

Something I think about a lot: who knows how many brilliant ideas never saw the light of day because "I don't know how to do that." Pretty crazy to think that with AI everyone now has a reasonable VC advisor, coder, or professor on hand to teach you about anything you want
